This is a classic delicacy that has been slowly simmered over time.Carefully selected beef tendons are simmered in a specially made broth and soy sauce until they become soft and melt-in-your-mouth.The rich flavor of the beef tendon blends with the gentle flavor of the broth, creating a taste that will warm your heart with just one bite.It goes well with sake and shochu, and also goes well as a side dish with rice.
